Demonstrate HPA Scaling

To trigger autoscaling, you can run the load simulator script on the server, which sends continuous concurrent requests to generate CPU stress. The Horizontal Pod Autoscaler (HPA) will automatically spin up new replicas (up to 10) once the load exceeds 70% CPU.
